Outsource Finding Affiliates

Is there a company that you can pay to find affiliates for your affiliate program? Payment can be based on each affiliate making a sale, # of affiliates that put a banner on there page, or a % of sale based on the affiliates that sign up through them. Is there a certain search term I should be searching to find companies that work in this niche?

Look for Outsourced Program Manager or OPM. The first thing I would want to know if are you competitive, what do you offer the affiliates, what benefits does your program have: datafeed, RSS, widgets, videos, content, coupons, etc?
