Adsense / Personal Manager / Support

In former days we had Personal Manager withinAdsense, when we had turnover nearly $20-25k a month.

Who has Personal Manager now and what are the prerequisites?

Secondarily, maybe someone has any form of contacting support not via bot-answering low-level support, but decision makers?

Any help is appreciated. We got under some invalid activity sanctions and can't get things back(

I did once upon a time. Even though my earnings went up I didn't get to keep the manager.

That said, I have just had an email from the Adsense "Growth team" to schedule a meeting. I'll probably skip it as I'm sure they'll just tell me to run auto ads...
